The Community Centre is managed by a committee of volunteer trustees who meet once a month to oversee the running of the Centre and organise community events. Anyone is welcome to join the committee. The committee feels it is important that the “Centre” of the village continues and the community spirit of Waingroves grows and develops.

Waingroves Community Centre is currently undergoing some minor refurbishments to make the facilities even better for the community.

Last year it was decorated throughout, and some comfy upholstered chairs purchased after a donation from a village resident. Carpeted areas are being added, the kitchen facilities reviewed and there are other exciting plans in store.
