About Us
Welcome to the Waingroves Community Association — a registered charity established in 1986 dedicated to maintaining and improving the Waingroves Community Centre for the benefit of local residents.
The centre is a hub for village life, supporting a wide range of activities such as youth programs, sports, theatre, and community events. Managed by local trustees and volunteers, it provides a warm and welcoming venue for everyone in Waingroves and nearby areas.
Our goal is to nurture community spirit and ensure that the hall remains a vibrant and inclusive space for generations to come.
Our Activities
Regular Activities: Girl Guides, Karate classes, and Theatre Arts groups (for both adults and children) meet regularly at the community centre.
Village Events: The hall hosts the Village Horticultural Show, Village Pantomime, and annual Easter celebrations, bringing together residents in celebration and fun.
